How we can help

Support for the person, not a label

Nutritional therapy isn’t about acting on a diagnosis. It’s about looking at you as a whole — your diet, your history, your lifestyle and your goals — and building a realistic, personalised plan that supports your general health and wellbeing.

Many people come to us living with an ongoing condition and want to understand what role nutrition and lifestyle could play, alongside the care they already receive. That’s exactly where we can help.

We always work alongside the medical care you receive — never instead of it. Please continue any prescribed medication or treatment as directed, and make any changes through whoever prescribed it.

Important: Nutritional therapy is a complementary approach that supports general health and wellbeing. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and we do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. The information on this page is for general education only. Nutritional therapy does not replace individual medical assessment. Anyone currently taking prescribed medication should continue taking it as directed, and any changes should always be made through whoever prescribed it. Individual results vary and depend on each person’s circumstances; no specific outcome can be guaranteed.

Common questions

Nutritional therapy is a complementary approach that supports your general health and wellbeing — it isn’t a medical treatment, and we don’t claim to treat, cure or prevent any disease. What we can do is look at how your individual diet and lifestyle may be affecting how you feel, and build a personalised plan to support you alongside your medical care.
No. We’ll never ask you to stop or change prescribed medication — please keep taking it as directed, and make any changes through whoever prescribed it. Nutritional therapy is designed to complement your medical care, not replace it.
No. We don’t diagnose medical conditions. Where it’s helpful, we may suggest evidence-based functional tests to inform your personalised nutrition plan, but these are optional and don’t replace any medical investigations.
No. It’s a complementary approach that sits alongside the care you already receive. Any medical concern or symptom is always worth having properly checked. Nutritional therapy works best as one supportive part of looking after your overall health.
Yes. I trained at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) and am registered with BANT and the CNHC, the UK’s recognised professional bodies for nutritional therapy — so you’re in qualified, accountable hands.
